The PCSNJ, Inc. is committed to the following programs:

Charitable and Civic Services provide charitable and civic services to the community and the Philippines through clothing donations, food baskets for the needy during Thanksgiving and Christmas; sponsor free health screenings, contribute funds for the needy and victims of natural disasters, sponsor poor children in the Philippines through the Children International, support the programs of Opportunities Industrialization Centers Philippines (OIC), a self-help livelihood skill and leadership training service organization based in Iloilo, Philippines.

The Filipiniana initiates Philippine awareness through cultural exhibits, seminars; to inculcate pride in the FIlipino heritage by conducting programs such as the Filipiniana Poetry Reading involving both the adults and the youth, sponsoring groups that present concerts or programs promoting the native music and folk dances; operate and maintain the Filipiniana library and museum dedicated to the compilation of books, periodicals and artifacts pertinent to the Philippine culture.

Educational programs for adults and the youth develop communication and job skills and other related subjects beneficial to members and the community; promote Philippine cultural heritage by teaching Tagalog, the national language of the Philippines, as well as conducting lectures and seminars.

The Scholarship Program provide grants to outstanding high school students or to Filipino Americans who plan to participate in faculty exchange programs between the Philippines and the United States to do advance training or research that will benefit the Filipino-American Community.

PCSNJ Youth Group (PCY) was formed in 1987 to meet the needs of the increasing number of Filipino-American youth in South Jersey supervised by the mother organization, PCSNJ, Inc. Its objectives include: foster wholesome recreational activities, develop individual responsibilities and leadership qualities; inspire and encourage educational and cultural achievements, teach civic-mindedness and foster camaraderie and togetherness.

The Music Program, involving both adult and children’s choir, try to reach out to the community by sharing Filipino songs, especially during the Christmas season.
